Professional Experience
Over the past twenty-three years, Harold has been actively involved in the design of commercial, industrial and institutional mechanical systems. Applications have ranged from large commercial office buildings, to hospitals, to medical office buildings, to local and public building projects such as schools, maintenance facilities and military bases. Harold has also been involved in engineering sales and design/build construction.

Other areas of expertise include chilled water/ heating water system analysis utilizing state-of-the-art modeling software, on-site existing system performance evaluation, construction project management, and management responsibilities involving projects associated with the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.
