Dave has been principal in charge of Systems Optimization projects for Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, Reno/Tahoe International airport, Reno, Nevada, the University of California Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, California and the Peppermill Hotel and Casino, Reno, Nevada. Dave has completed other numerous central plant projects for Kaiser Permanente, Northern California region facilities.
