Andy Jones, P.E., LEED BD&C

Andy joined R&A in 2013 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and became an Associate in 2018. After receiving his Mechanical Engineering degree in 1999, he began his professional career as a designer for a Design Build mechanical contractor in Reno, Nevada. Migrating to Sacramento in 2011, Andy has over 23 years of professional experience in engineering design and management of mechanical and plumbing systems for construction projects encompassing large industrial distribution parks, hospitals and medical office buildings, commercial real estate, and multi-million-dollar custom homes. Andy has extensive experience in State Building Codes, local Energy Codes, building energy modeling and sustainable design. Andy brings thoroughness, diligence and client focus to every project and is a tremendous asset to the R&A team.
